Citibank was recognized for its innovative customer feedback reporting solution, which Axis Group designed, developed and implemented.  According to Actuate, "Citibank North America uses Actuate to provide enhanced visibility into customer feedback in order to ultimately improve customer service.  The Actuate platform delivers reports that consolidate customer feedback from multiple channels to provide an integrated view of service issues to managers.  In addition, Actuate is also used to analyze trends in feedback in order to proactively identify potential operational or technical issues that may impact customer service." CIO Magazine "Agile 100" Award, 2004
CIO Magazine awarded Intelsat the "Agile 100" Award for the company's use of innovative technology to quickly and effectively transform its business.  Intelsat, a global satellite communications leader, partnered with Axis Group to produce this awarding-winning data warehouse and BI solution.  The project allowed Intelsat to realize immediate benefits affecting its bottom line.  According to CIO Magazine, "Intelsat was able to identify several business opportunities and efficiencies, including an additional $150 million in potential salable satellite capacity on the existing communications network, as well as $3 million in immediate revenue through improved billing and customer receivable processes."  Read press release.  Read case study.
